2. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital PDF files delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

After successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased file(s).

3. Personal Use License

Unless otherwise stated, all mandala designs and downloadable files are for personal use only.

You may:

* Download and print the files for your own personal use.

* Print multiple copies for your personal colouring and enjoyment.

You may not:

* Resell, share, distribute, reproduce, or transfer the digital files.

* Sell printed copies of the artwork.

* Use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

All artwork remains the intellectual property and copyright of Liza Bassi.

If you share your purchase on social media, I kindly ask that you credit me by tagging or mentioning lizabassi.com or my Pinterest page: @artistlizabassi.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

Once a file has been purchased and made available for download, refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be provided.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

9. EU Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

For customers residing in the European Union (EU), by purchasing a digital product and proceeding with the download, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content.

You acknowledge and agree that the delivery of the digital product begins immediately upon purchase and download availability.

By providing this consent, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) under applicable EU consumer protection laws once the digital content has been supplied.

As a result, purchases of downloadable digital products are non-refundable once access to the digital file has been granted.
